The idea
- The Center for Innovation in Technology and Education of the Universidad de los Andes (Conecta-TE) encourages innovation in teaching practice in undergraduate and graduate courses, through pedagogical and technological support for the design and implementation of initiatives in face-to-face, blended or virtual modalities.
- Internal call “Innovation in teaching with ICT support” in 2019
- The project and course was selected to (re)design and testing of a 16-week and/or 3- or 4-credit cross-cutting course or project.
- The course contents, design and evaluation was modified entirely.
The process
- Stage I: Analysis of teaching practice and needs
- Stage II: Micro design of the educational solution
- Stage III: Implementation of the (re) design and formative evaluation of the innovation is carried out

To Know
- Review previous knowledge on private law to generate a leveled learning environment among students.
- Identify the scope of action of securities within the financial system, their characteristics and key concepts.
- Clearly identify the various securities under Colombian law (to order, bearer and nominative), as opposed to the new financing models.
- Describe the process of dematerialization and re-materialization of securities.
- Describe the cultural change of the transition from physical securities to the use of non-traditional systems for credit operations such as fintech.
